Only the Highest Quality

We grow, clean, dry, and sell high quality inshell walnuts that come from our fertile orchards in beautiful Patagonia. Quality control first begins directly in our fields, and trees are looked after with the utmost care. Sustainability and protecting the land is important to us, that is why our farmers harvest the walnuts at their optimal ripeness and select each one by hand. Then, the walnuts are taken to our on-site state-of-the-art drying facility for processing, and are meticulously cleaned, dried, and packaged.
